This page includes terms and conditions for use of this web site and the information services and materials published here. By entering it and using the services and materials published here you agree to follow these rules. M-Design Ltd. is entitled to the right to update and change without any prior notification the rules for using the web site.
1. Intellectual properties
This site is property of and managed by M-Design Ltd. All contents published at m-design.bg, presenting the company’s activities and services in text and/or images and graphics, incl. the registered trade mark, the logotype and domain, the package constructive, registered at the Patent department are copyrighted by and property of M-Design Ltd. and should not be used against the low.
The user is not allowed to copy or reproduce any information, in whole or in part, without the prior written agreement of M-Design Ltd., except insignificant information for personal use if it does not harm unduly the legal interests of authors/ intellectual property rights holders and if the copying and reproducing are for non-commercial purpose. Any other use of materials, including alteration or modification, removing of trade mark or some other sign of intellectual property rights is prohibited.
M-Design reserves the right to take legal action against any imitation or breach of its intellectual property rights.
2. Nature of information
All the information (text, images and graphics) published on the Site is for information purposes only - to present the activities, services and products, offered by M-Design Ltd. and is not allowed to be used outside of the existing low.
3. Links to other sites
Via the Site the user may access the Social networking websites (YouTube, Google maps, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter), where M-Design Ltd. has a profile, as well as those web sites, which were created by M-Design Ltd.
4. Privacy Notice
4.1. General Information
The European Union's extensive data protection regulations, known as GDPR, gone into effect on May 25th. GDPR is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA).
M-Design Ltd, as a personal data administrator, meets all the requirements of the new regulation by collecting only data of the persons insofar as they are necessary for the provision of the service and keeping them in a responsible and lawful manner.
4.2. What does mean 'processing' of personal data?
‘Processing’ of personal data includes collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, erasure, destruction, etc.
The data processing is done based on article 6 par. 1 of the GDPR 2016/679 and in particular on the following grounds:
• Your explicit consent as a client;
• Performing the obligations of the administrator under contract with you;
• Compliance with a statutory duty applicable to the administrator;
• For the legitimate interests of the administrator or a third party;
4.3. What personal data M-Design collects?
In order to provide you with effective access to our products/ services, we collect the following information:
- Name, telephone and e-mail, when filling in the inquiry form placed on our web site (Information is used only to respond to your request as well as to realize a commissioned project in the best possible manner.)
- Technical and behavioral data - automatically sent to us. (We use cookies to enhance your experience, analyze site usage and improve the way we offer our services. We analyze site attendance using programs and web solutions such as Google Analytics, Wordspress Plugins, Google Webmaster Tools, Hotjar heatmap, that could access your IP address and analyze your behavior while staying on the website without to identify you as an individual.
You can prevent the use of cockies by adjusting the setting of your browser so that no cookies are being stored.)
The data processing is done based on article 6 par. 1 lit a (agreement) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.
Our concern in the sense of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our services and our web presence.
4.4. How long we retain your data?
If you contact us via a form in the website or email, the data you provide will be stored to process your inquiry and any subsequent questions for one year.
If we have to accomplish an order/ contract, the data of an individual or a legal entity shall be kept in accordance with the accounting regulations according to the Bulgarian legislation.
4.5. Security
For personal data protection we use SSL - Secure Socket Layer - a security technology that provides encrypted (secure) connection between the client computer and the server on which our website is located.
This protocol ensures confidentiality and privacy of your data when it is entered. Data is encrypted to prevent abuse by third parties.
4.6. Right of deletion
Your data may be deleted prior to the expiration of the time limit specified in paragraph 4.4. at your explicit request.

5. Liability
M-Design makes its best effort to include in this Site information that is accurate and up-to-date. However, M-Design cannot guarantee that the information is complete in every aspect or always up-to-date.
M-Design shall not be liable if the website cannot be accessed because of circumstances outside of its control - force majeure, accidents, problems in Global Network and by the Internet provider, as well as because of unauthorized access or third part intervention in the functionality of the information system or server.
6. Legal provisions
The Site and its content are governed by the Laws of Republic of Bulgaria. All disputes arising from the interpretation and implementation of the present terms of use shall be resolved by mutual agreement. If this fails the disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria.
